The Art of Collage: Open Studio Night with Nina

Come explore the Art of Collage with Artist and Gallery Director, Nina Boodhansingh. Hang out, use our space and our supplies! Unlike, our previous collage nights, this one will have less instruction and allows you to get right down to business! Choose from 1 of 2 options. Option 1:  $25 Bring your own collaging surface or Option 2:  $30 we will supply the collaging surface for you.  If we supply the surface, let us know in the registration comments if you would like a 9"x12" art board or an 11"x14" sheet of Strathmore mixed media paper.  The Strathmore paper can easily be cut down to multiple sizes. (Paper details: 184lb paper weight, acid free, vellum surface, 400 series).

A few ideas if you choose to bringing your own surface: canvas, lampshade, ceramic tiles, pen holder, shoe box or card box, old mirror, hardcover notebook.

This event is for ages 18+ and open to all level creatives. So, grab a friend or two, some snacks and your beverage of choice and join us for a fun evening of cut & paste collage. Perfect for a group night out, date night, or simply to unwind and try something new.

We have the essential tools and resources in the studio, but feel free to bring some of your own favorite materials, such as old magazines, to add to your piece.

Registration ends Saturday, June 17th at 5pm. No sales will be accepted at the door.

By registering for a seat, you accept & agree to the following Midnight Gallery terms:

This event is open to guests ages 18 & up. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol, and the teaching artists reserve the right to ask for proof of age. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate observers, including infants, in any adult public event.

Guests are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for "Chill Time,” a chance to unwind, mingle, eat snacks and sip! Please supply your own cups/napkins. Please bring your own beverage of choice and bottle opener/wine key. We will not be able to provide ice or refrigeration, nor do we provide utensils.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Midnight Gallery requires at least 48 hours prior to the start time of the event in order to receive a refund if you need to cancel. Cancellations may be made by phone or e-mail (info@midnightgallerypa.com). Refunds will not be given under any circumstances with less than 48 hours notice. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances for no-shows once the event has begun. We do not offer gallery credit.

Midnight Gallery reserves the right to cancel events due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Class attendance minimum is 5 registrants. Should a class be cancelled, guests will be notified prior to class time and offered a refund.

Age Policy: This event is open to creatives 18 years or older.

What to Bring: This event is BYOB. Bring your drink of choice. Don’t forget a bottle opener/wine key, ice, snacks and your creativity!

Alcohol Policy: For events in our pop-up gallery classroom, we are BYOB. As per Pennsylvania law, guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
