About the event
Get into the creative flow of yoga with Ali Reina, founder of Gentle Waves Yoga. You may know Ali from WE Yoga Center in Allentown. Ali with guide you in finding calmness for life's ebbs and flows. Beginners to all level yogis are welcome. It's your time to relax & reset with us in the gallery. One hour sessions, second Thursday of each month. Please bring your mat and water. Pre-registration ends one day prior to the event. Walk-ins welcome day of event. $16 to Pre-register online or $20 cash/Venmo at the door. We encourage registrants to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to class time to relax, settle in, and enjoy the art in the gallery.
